"When you phoned my cell I was simply at someone's home and it would've been rude to answer -- much like it is improper to repeatedly call my grandparents' residence when they, though civil, do not take a liking to you after your open protests against one of their son's endeavours.

"Also, if you say that you'll keep silence about something and then don't, it only instills mistrust. If you make me promises, I expect them kept. We're even now: I returned you the same flippancy by giving you the silence you didn't want when you broke the silence you knew I wanted.

"The reality is that we're now strangers. There's much work to be done and I'm sure neither of us wants to waste time making foolish mistakes.

"I think sometimes that both of my parents have gone half-crazy. I'm tired of the spite, greed, cold blood and selfishness I've witnessed for a decade. I know how you feel wanting things to be perfect -right now-. You haven't suffered alone, but the lack of patience and honor will only serve to generate more chaos."
